Parliamentary Boundary Commission Review
First posted 9th June 2021
Information is emerging about proposals drafted by the “Boundary Commission Review” which would see the changing of PARLIAMENTARY constituency boundaries in 2023. The first draft proposal suggests that the old constituency of “North Somerset” will not exist in its current form and that Kingston Seymour could be included with much of the Mendips and across as far as Wells and Glastonbury.

Public comments are invited – by way of the button on the first page of the site – and must be lodged by 2nd August 2021.
These changes are about our Parliamentary representation and do not impact the Parish Council’s role within the overall administrative District of North Somerset.
