We have been advised by North Somerset Council that NEW CUT BOW will be closed for five days from:
Monday 9th June until Friday 13th June
whilst they install new concrete parapets across the bridge (at the junction with Back Lane).
The closure will be in place from 08.00 until 17.00 each day. You are all aware of the “long way round” via Lampley Road.
Cyclists and walkers will be allowed to pass the works during the closed periods when the onsite contractor says it is safe to do so.. The organisers of the annual Clevedon Athletic Club race – which visits the village on the evening of the 10th – are also aware of this and will brief their participants accordingly.
